7. Electronic access Authorized BPX is like an electronic bulletin board offering a vast library of Product Service
to parts database Resellers and Bulletins on all OKI products, Spare Parts Lists with pricing, Interfacing Tips for Serial
and service Service Dealers Printers, Downloading of Software Drivers for Selected OKI Printers and Electronic
notifications Mail Capability, plus a lot more! To log on, go to the BPX section of the Oki Data Web
site under the Reseller section (www.okidata.com). The system will ask you for your name,
address, dealer number and to create a personal password when logging in for the first
time. You will be allowed full access to the system once we verify your dealer information.
8. Warranty/ Authorized Warranty requests are made through BPX (see #7 above for log-on details) via Electronic
purchasing Service Warranty Claims. You will be prompted to supply the unit’s model, serial number,
spare parts Dealers and end-user purchase date. Also required for warranty requests are part descriptions/
part numbers. Similar information will be required by Electronic Parts Order.
Parts requests can also be made by fax to 856-222-5022.
Parts may also be purchased from Oki Data’s regional resellers.
In the U.S., end users may purchase parts from Oki Data’s National parts reseller by calling
1-800-444-4060.
In Canada, end users may purchase parts from Oki Data’s Canadian Depot facility by
calling 905-238-4275, or faxing 905-238-4427.
9. Technical Authorized Always refer to the documentation shipped with each unit first. It will tell you what
problems Service you need to know to keep your printer running at its best. If additional assistance is
Dealers required, visit the BPX for on-line updated product and service information or contact
the Reseller Support Line at 1-800-634-0089.
