Installation 89

USB: Specification 1.1 Compliant

• Requires USB 1.1 cable, maximum length 19.7 ft. (5 m), not

supplied.

• Printer has USB “B” receptacle.

1 Make sure the printer and computer are both turned off.

2 Attach a suitable USB cable to the printer. Then attach the

cable to your computer.

3 Turn the computer and printer back on.

Loading Paper

For instructions on loading paper, see “Loading Paper” in

Chapter 5.
