Cleaning the Housing

Caution! Never use solvents or strong detergents on the housing they could damage it!

You should clean the printer every six months (or after about 300 hours of operation).

Turn the printer off and move the paper out of the paper path. Open the access cover and

remove the pull-up roller assembly (1). Remove any loose pieces of paper from the carriage

area, then use a clean, dry cloth to dust around the carriage and platen (2). Re-install the pull-up

roller assembly and close the access cover (3).
